We are hosting a Beginners Fermentation Workshops to usher in the New Year:
on the 24th February in Beaminster
The workshop will run from 10am to 5pm and include a vegan, gluten-free lunch and the cost is £90 per person.
Come and discover how to make delicious fermented foods and drinks to help balance your body’s microbiome. We will be covering: sauerkraut and kimchi; sourdough; milk and water kefirs; and a variety of other foods and drinks. You will make some ferments to take home and we will be giving you starters for sourdough and kefir too. And we’ll have lots of fun!!
